Good friend Lee Rogers was rehearsing with this band and I was recruited to hit the traps for an upcoming session for Huw Stephens on BBC Introducing. We rehearsed in John Vigar's Tontena studio for a few weeks and then headed off down the A11/M11 to the BBC Maida Vale studios in London town. It was great to be recording in MV4 (the Peel sessions studio) and the tracks came out very well. Very twee pop. Lee and I rocked the iPod all the way there and all the way back mainly Quo and plenty of Zep. All levels returned to normal.
