Sam and I used to practice quite regularly in her flat in north London. We lived equidistant to the Winchester pub made famous by the film Shaun of the Dead.

These are all Sam's songs which I merely added guitar and backing vocals to. We had a day in the studio with Kev and these tunes came out. We played live twice; once in a converted public toilet in the east end and once at The Spitz, above Spitalfields market. 

I remember we expanded the line up for a few rehearsals with keys and drums but this didn't go any further. We recorded a second demo with Kev but we had drifted apart before anything was done with it. That session was deleted.
